This permanently deletes your HomeNet Egypt account and everything stored with it. It cannot be undone.

What we delete

• circleYour account: email address, name, password and any linked Google or Apple sign-in.
• circleYour subscription record and payment history held by us. Records Paymob keeps as the payment processor are governed by their own policy and by Egyptian financial record-keeping law.
• circleAny homes you own, along with their routers, HomeNet Managed DNS profiles, filtering rules and activity — and everyone else’s access to them.
• circleYour membership of anyone else’s shared home. Their home itself is not affected.
• circleYour synced app settings, family profiles and saved labels, and your sign-in history.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. We do not keep a copy, and there is no recovery window.

Your router's admin credentials, Wi-Fi password and connected-device details were never stored by us in the first place — they only ever lived on your phone. Deleting the app removes them.
