Using HomeNet
HomeNet lets you manage your home Wi-Fi router over your local network, with an optional free account for family profiles, notifications, and cross-device sync, and an optional paid Premium plan (HomeNet Managed DNS and Home Sharing, plus managing more than one router/home) for additional features. By using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.
Your account
- circleKeep your sign-in credentials secure and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.
- circleYou're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for activity on your account.
Your router
You are solely responsible for your router's admin credentials and configuration. HomeNet communicates with your router directly over your local network and never stores or transmits your router credentials to our servers.
Acceptable use
Don't use HomeNet to access a router or network you don't own or don't have permission to manage, and don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to HomeNet's services.
Subscriptions
Premium features are billed at the price shown in the app at the time of purchase, and payment is processed by Paymob. Billing, renewal, and refunds are handled according to Paymob's policies and applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law, not through Google Play or App Store billing.
Changes and termination
We may update the app and these terms over time; material changes will be reflected on this page. You can stop using HomeNet and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimer
HomeNet is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We're not liable for issues arising from your router's own hardware, firmware, or network, which are outside our control.
